Admissions and Fees

We aim to provide an environment in which all children achieve the best possible education and care and become confident learners with a growing ability to communicate their own views and are supported by the pre-school to reach their full potential during the Early Years.We are a fully inclusive pre-school and  are committed to anti-discriminatory practice to promote equality of opportunity and valuing diversity for all children and families.

Admissions are registered on a first come first served basis. We admit children from 2 years to 5 years old.

If you would like to register your child, please complete and  send us the admission form, with the parent contract and terms and conditions. Upon receipt we will contact you regarding the Admission fee payment.

Session times and Termly Fees 

The pre-school is open term time only, 38 weeks,  Monday to Friday.

From September 2021 the fees are as follows:

Morning (4 hours)           8.45am – 12.45pm      £336.00*

Afternoon (3 hours)        12.45pm–3.45pm        £267.75*

All day  (7 hours)              8.45am–3.45 pm          £540.75*

* Price includes an Extra Service Charge of £63.00 which is not covered by government funding. If your child is eligible for Funded Early Education Entitlement (FEEE) and you would be unable to pay the Extra Service Charge, please contact us for availability of a fully-funded only place. These places are very limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The fee is the same for all three terms, Autumn, Spring & Summer,  irrespective of the length of the term. The fees are calculated by how many morning,  afternoon or all day sessions attended for one week,  e.g. 2 x morning session £336.00 x 2 = £672.00 for the term. Fee invoices are sent out termly.

The Universal/Extended Funded Early Education Entitlement hours will be deducted from the termly fees invoice.

One-off session fees: Invoices will be sent out for immediate payment.
One off morning – £31.50
One off afternoon – £21.00
One off all day – £52.50

Funded Early Education Entitlement (FEEE)

Universal 15 hours –All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to a maximum of 15 hours of funded early education per week until they enter a Reception class. The entitlement is paid from the term after your child turns 3 years old. The cut off dates for the entitlement are as follows:- 31st March, 31st August and 31st December.

Extended 15 Hours- Working families of 3 & 4 year olds  maybe entitled to claim the extended 15 hours entitlement, depending on eligibility. Please follow the link for more information
